Welcome to the Community!

Our community has a Homeowners Association overseen by a Board of Directors. We are governed by a set of Bylaws which were set into place when the Association was incorporated and by Covenants and Restrictions which direct our basic community standards. Please take some time to read through them. You can also find a list of Frequently Asked Questions here.

Below is a link to an electronic bulletin board that members can use to post messages related to the community. The HOA board members, and anyone electing to subscribe, will receive email notifications as messages are posted. This can be used to address an issue in the community, as well as posting something for sale, general information, etc. where the intent is to make other members aware. Keep in mind it is only intended for use in our community, so only residents of Woodmill Trace will be allowed to join.
